Terms & Conditions
Effective date: June 28, 2026
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using the PDFNext mobile application and the website at pdfnextcore.com. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
PDFNext provides tools to read, edit, annotate, sign, scan, convert, compress, split, merge and protect PDF files. Documents are processed on your device unless you choose to export, share, email or upload them through another app or service.
2. Your Files
You are responsible for the files you import, create, edit or share. You must have the legal right to use, modify and distribute any document you process with the app.
3. Free Access, Ads and Premium Features
Some features may be free, supported by ads, limited by time or reserved for Premium users. Available features, ad access windows and paywall behavior may change as the app evolves.
4. Subscriptions
Premium plans are auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you installed the app. Prices, trial eligibility, billing periods and renewal details are shown before purchase in the store payment sheet.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf inside the app store billing systems.
5. Purchases and Refunds
Payments, refunds and billing disputes are handled by the app store where the purchase was made. If Apple or Google grants a refund, Premium access may be removed.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use PDFNext to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute harmful content, attempt to bypass security systems, or interfere with the app, website or third-party services.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services such as app store billing, Google Mobile Ads, consent tools, operating system file pickers and sharing destinations. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Apple Terms
For iOS users, these terms apply in addition to Apple's applicable App Store terms and end user license terms. If there is a conflict between these terms and Apple's required terms for App Store distribution, Apple's required terms control where applicable.
9. No Professional Advice
The app is a document utility. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing documents before signing, submitting or sharing them.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFNext is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost data, lost profits or document errors resulting from use of the app or website.
12. Privacy
Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
