If you need help, found a bug, or want to send feedback, contact us at support@pdfnextcore.com. Please include your app version, Android version, device model, and a short description of what happened.

Common Help Topics

• Importing PDFs: Use the app workspace or your Android file picker to open PDF files from your device.
• Editing and signing: Open a PDF, choose the needed tool, then save or share the edited document when you are done.
• Image to PDF: Select images from your device or camera, review the order, then create a PDF.
• PDF to image: Export selected PDF pages as images and save or share the result.
• Merge and split: Use the Tools tab to combine multiple PDFs or split one PDF into smaller files.

Before Contacting Support

• Make sure you are using the latest version of PDFNext.
• Restart the app and try the same action again.
• Check that Android file or media permissions are allowed for the feature you are using.
• If a specific PDF fails, mention whether the file is password-protected, very large, scanned, or damaged.

Privacy and Files

PDFNext is designed around local document handling. Your PDFs, images and exported files stay on your device unless you choose to share, export, email or upload them through another app or service.
